You may have seen my other blog post about our recent buying trip to Maggie Sottero for A/W2018. Well we couldn’t have been more thrilled to find out that Maggie has decided to make a core range of their gowns, not a different range, but key styles from the real collection, in a construction that will bring out the best in our curvy brides and show off their stunning curves!
All bridal designers make dresses in sizes up to a 30 and call them plus size…but this collection is different. It celebrates that all girls want to feel amazing on their wedding day…and that just because they’re curvy doesn’t mean that they want to hide away their body under a blanket of satin!
These gowns are like nothing we’ve ever seen, sexy, sassy and stunning. All with outstanding construction designed to flatter every bride, but especially those who perhaps need more support in the bust, or who want to wear a bra, or who perhaps want to achieve a beautiful feminine silhouette on their waist and hips.
We were lucky enough to see these gowns modeled on a stunning young lady who you could just tell loved every single moment of her time on the catwalk.
